Aim Nepal Adventure where in all our treks and tour or climbing trekking peaks programs are all based on twin sharing accommodations in tourist standard Hotels in cities like Kathmandu-Pokhara or Nepalgunj as per the program itineraries.
Where on treks local Lodge / Home Stay, Guest House & Resorts even camping are included in remote region as per trip chosen.
Some of the days can be long or could be shorter depending upon client’s fitness and as well itinerary days mentioned sometime availability of vehicle on time, flight delay, cancellation, unfavorable bad weather and roads or trail condition can hamper our trip itinerary which is beyond our control.
In such situations your selected tour and destinations might differ from the program itineraries. In rare cases we might even have to reroute or cancel the trips as per the political, riot, bad weather, broken road or trail condition and porter's situation and condition.
In such condition and situation one has to bear with us, where we will try our best to adjust the itinerary trips as best as possible for your all our convenience.
Sometimes company has right to cancel the trips due to unavoidable condition and beyond our control including if the volume of less travelers than expected as per the trips selected.
We highly suggest and recommend every client on booking to purchase Travel and Medical Insurance, which is a must and compulsory when undertaking any tour and treks. Where it should include enough protection against personal injury, accidents or loss of life, medical expenses, and repatriation expenses should cover all types of personal transportation on emergency evacuation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate coverage for misplaced or lost baggage.

Payment of the Balance:
The payment for outstanding balance of your holiday / trip is due for 4 weeks prior to your home departure dates.
If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 3-4 % on the outstanding balance is made.
There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
We accept your last hour booking in the eve of trip departure with 100 % payment (07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, but for trips in Bhutan, and Tibet will not be accepted as this requires at least two weeks on advance prior to trip departure around neighboring countries.
After making booking with us, some may be compelled to cancel the trip due to personal or Domestic circumstances including sudden medical, health, job situations as well some other reasons, in this case 25 % cancellation fee is applied if clients have notified us or our abroad agent minimum of month in advance before our trip departure dates.
50 % cancellation fee is applied on 2 weeks to a month notice.
No refund on last minute or at no show situation.
If the clients has to return or break earlier from the tour, trekking / or any other trips due to medical / physical or personal reasons clients has to bear his / her own expenses on route of trekking and at hotel in Kathmandu or in any other final and last main cities before your home departure.
There are no refunds, if the company has to reroute to other areas due to unavoidable circumstances and from bad weather.
In such condition the company holds the right and finally assuring in providing you a hassle free adventure holidays and the most enjoyable trip of your life time.
Our tour escort / trekking guide representing the company holds the rights with all authority during treks and tours.
If you behave badly with negative attitude and commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour / trekking. No refund will be made in such condition.
All clients must have valid passport at least six months validity from the return date.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy abroad in your home country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, where costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients.
01: Required minimum of 30 days for cancellation notice prior to trip departure and it must be in written form, such notice will be implied from the day the note is received. Cancellation shall be valid after the company approval on receiving the documentation. The Trip shall then be termed as cancelled and then 50% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid as cancellation charge.
02: There will be no refunds if a passenger cancels the trip or leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily, involuntarily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
03: Should you require other changes to your original tour, the person that booked the tour must submit a written document with changes you require, every effort will be made, changes cannot be guaranteed.
04: If you are compelled to cancel from travelling on the tour by genuine reason or circumstances, for example (without restriction) due to death, injury or any serious illness of the person, close relative or friends, redundancy or jury service, in this case one may postpone or transfer your booking to another close person, as long or provided they meet all the requirements relating to that trip. You are requested to provide proof of why you were unable to travel at the time and need to change your booking.
05: On the eve of trip departure if you are prevented in joining the chosen tour, unfortunately there is no refund regarding this, transfer or postponing options are available as the Bhutanese and Tibet Government has strict Tourism act and policies.
All our Trekking and Tours where one should be in sound / good health with level of fitness before signing and booking with us, client requires to check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform the company of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen, if you have any queries regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.
Please note that you agree and allow permitting us where we might use your pictures, photos or images taken during the trip without informing and as well with no compensations, to promote and as well advertise only through whatever medium might takes place.
While joining with Aim Nepal Adventure requires flexibility, positive attitude good humor and understanding.
Beside in some cases transportations, accommodation and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement, road block due to riots and political crises in this situation please bear with us when things are beyond our control.
Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival etc.
The company will not be unable to refund any payment under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always endeavor to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of same category.
The company does not accept any responsibility for loss on delays or cancellation with compensation resulting from such situations beyond our control.
Our holidays, tour / trek packages, are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc.
In order to collect information from you our company may ask few questions to obtain necessary permits etc.
No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.
We are committed in providing the best quality services; perform our duties honestly & responsibility to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of respective countries policies.
Aim Nepal Adventure and related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
